Terms & Conditions – The Camp 360

Welcome to The Camp 360. By booking a trek or tour with us, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before confirming your participation.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Advance payment is required to confirm your slot. Full payment must be completed before the trip starts.
• Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or through our official website.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 15 days before the departure date are eligible for a 70% refund.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations within 7 days of departure or no-shows.
• If a trip is cancelled by The Camp 360 due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, minimum participant requirement not met, etc.), a full refund or credit will be provided.

3. Health & Fitness

• Participants must ensure they are physically fit and capable of handling the challenges of trekking or touring activities.
• Any medical condition must be disclosed at the time of booking.
• The Camp 360 reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest is deemed medically unfit or unsafe to travel.

4. Personal Responsibility

• Participants must follow the instructions of the tour leader or trek guide at all times.
• The Camp 360 is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
• Participants are liable for any intentional damage caused to property or equipment.

5. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers emergency evacuation, medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability.

6. Itinerary & Changes

• The Camp 360 reserves the right to change the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, or any other reason beyond our control.
• No refunds will be provided for unused services or early departure from the group.

7. Photography & Promotion

Photos and videos taken during the trip may be used by The Camp 360 for promotional purposes unless the participant objects in writing before the start of the tour.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
