Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy – The Camp 360

We understand that sometimes plans change. At The Camp 360, we strive to be as flexible and transparent as possible. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for all our tours and treks.

1. Cancellation by Participant

• More than 15 days before departure: 70% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
• Between 7 and 15 days before departure: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
• No-shows or early departure during the trip: No refund.

2. Cancellation by The Camp 360

• If the trip is cancelled due to insufficient participation, weather conditions, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances, we offer two options:
  • 100% refund of the paid amount, OR
  • Rescheduling or credit voucher for a future trip.
• The Camp 360 is not liable for any costs incurred by participants (travel, accommodation, etc.) outside the trip package in case of cancellation.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after the cancellation is confirmed.
• Refunds will be made via the same mode of payment used during booking.
• We may request your bank details for direct transfers if needed.

4. Rescheduling Option

• Instead of cancelling, participants can opt to reschedule their trip to a future batch (subject to availability).
• Requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the original departure date.
• One-time rescheduling is free. Additional changes may attract an administrative fee.

5. Incomplete Trip or Dropouts

• If a participant decides to leave the tour midway for personal reasons, no partial refund will be provided.
• Costs arising due to early departure (transport, accommodation, etc.) must be borne by the participant.

6. Special Discounts & Offers

Bookings made under promotional discounts or offers may carry different cancellation terms. Please refer to the specific terms mentioned at the time of booking.

7. Force Majeure Clause

The Camp 360 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to reasons beyond our control including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.
